Private coaching through the summer, at family pools in the Hamptons.

How he coaches

At your pool

A summer

Every session is with Milan himself.

  1. A call

Call, text or write; Milan asks who will be swimming, their ages, and what they can already do.

  2. He comes to you

He comes to you, at times agreed at the start; a parent is welcome at the poolside.

  3. The first look

He watches each swimmer before he teaches anything, then tells you where they are and what a summer can achieve.

  4. The work

Breathing, body position and the kick first, then the strokes, starts and turns, in the order that holds up later.

  5. End of summer

Progress you can see: a length swum properly, or a stroke that holds up in a race, and a place to start from next year.

Who it is for

  • Under four

In the water with a parent: breathing, body position, kicking and a first streamline.

  • Learning to swim

From age four, for children already used to water.

  • Building the strokes

For those who can swim 25 yards: all four strokes, diving, and how to stretch properly.

  • Swimmers on a team

Stroke technique, starts and turns, dryland training and preparation for competition.

  • Adults

Learning properly for the first time, or improving a stroke.

Parents
