Hamptons Swim Coaching

Corporate and groupsOctober to May

For your staff
or your guests.

Group sessions for companies, hotels and wellness venues on Long Island and in New York City, at a pool he books.

A session

Format and terms agreed with each group.

  1. The plan

Before the first hour, Milan writes a program for the group: who is in it, what they can do, and what the weeks should reach.

  2. Leave the desk

A pool near the office, before work, after it or at the weekend; Milan books it, and people bring a swimsuit, goggles and a towel.

  3. The lane

Lanes split by what people can already do, so nobody learning to swim shares one with a swimmer working on technique.

  4. The hour

A warm-up, stroke work with Milan coaching each lane, and a swim to finish.

  5. Week after week

The same hour and the same coach for as long as agreed, with a word on each swimmer’s progress at the end.
